UtopYA 2014 Fan of the Year, Tammie Zimmerman, has graciously donated a full exhibitor space for giveaway!  That’s right, you can win an ENTIRE exhibitor table for Friday, June 19, 2015!

This is a ONE DAY table for Friday, June 19, 2015.  The table will be located in the lobby.

Here’s everything that comes with it:

2 chairs = two General Admission tickets (if you already bought a ticket, we will refund the ticket).

  • You may sell merchandise & giveaway swag – “MERCHANDISE” INCLUDES BOOKS

  • Exhibitor Widget/Badge for your web site

  • Complimentary Wi-fi included

  • Featured in official utopYA 2015 informational materials, either online or in print

  • Volunteer help to load-in, load-out

  • Promotion in social media posts

  • Eligible for prizes in the utopYA 2015 “Time-tastic” Exhibitor Contest: winners will be voted on by the attendees at utopYA 2015 and prizes will be given to winners at closing ceremonies the morning of Sunday, June 21, 2015. Prizes awarded for:

    1. Best decorations

    2. Best swag

    3. Best solo booth

    4. Best shared booth

    5. Best utopYA 2015-themed booth

It is the WINNER’S responsibility to let us know who will be using those tickets so that they can be officially registered in the system.

Highlights:

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

Exhibitor space is EXTREMELY limited this year–as in, 40 tables, so if you share, that’s about 80 spaces total

$200 for half a table and $400 for full table

UtopYA has set aside dedicated time to send people to the exhibitor hall both Friday and Saturday

You will have two days to network with other authors, bloggers, editors, publishers, etc.

There will be exhibitor prizes on Sunday (for best table, swag, etc).

You will be featured in the exhibitor section of the website with photos of you, your books, etc.
